Chris excels at challenges and is a tenacious dude that just doesn’t give up.
Whether it is to secure a hard-to-find digital skillset, help a software unicorn land that dream role or lead a Friday night social, he commits and doesn’t stop until he delivers.
We think it’s his affinity for finding Wally in the Where’s Wally books, but we can’t be sure.
Calm, wise, a great listener and with a heart as warm as Mother Africa (where she hails from) is how we’d describe our teammate, Cornelia.
These are just some of the reasons Cornelia heads up our sourcing and delivery team. She’s also a seasoned recruiter who has a reputation as a trusted advisor to help our candidates find their perfect match.
Uhm… did we mention she’s a master baker too? #happydance
Elena is an explorer with the passport stamps to prove it – from a recent trip around Japan, to that time when she solo travelled across 11 Asian countries!
We love that she’s a coffee addict and knows where the best new eating spots are, our clients love her years of experience, tenacity, and deep understanding of the tech industry.
Fun fact: Elena hails from London, where she finished a law degree before changing lanes to recruitment.
Three things that we know about Hayley – she always keeps things real (#nofilter), she has a legendary ability to deliver for her clients and probably has one of the best laughs in the world.
Hayley’s ability to listen and really understand what our clients and candidates need, and then find the right fit for both sides makes her a really good recruiter.
But we think her ability to just be herself makes her an even better human.
Isabella is currently on maternity leave, caring for her beautiful little bubba 🙂
The first thing you should know about Isabella is that she’s rugby mad. Don’t even speak to her if the AB’s have had a shocker.
Isabella is also passionate about people, problem solving and most of all, being a kind human. She is the one in the team who’s checking in with the rest of us, and you can see why our clients and candidates love her.

Jess brings a bubbly personality, quick wit and her big smile that fits our team to a tee. Never one to shy away from a challenge, she dove headfirst into IT recruitment after completing her Marketing degree – and hasn’t looked back.
We love that she’s curious, adventurous and deeply connected to her family, friends and of course Leo the cat.
As for her support of Chelsea… her dad’s a fan, so we’ve decided to let it slide! 😉

Mark heads up our Auckland team where he helps our team to deliver, deliver, deliver!
He’s a seasoned tech recruiter who cares deeply about helping people reach their career goals and our clients find the best talent out there. We love that Mark always keep things real, listens intently and doesn’t take himself too seriously.
Something he does take very seriously is football. As a scouser there is only one amazing footy team on this planet – Everton. End of story!
Our lovely Pam is a seasoned tech recruiter who’s known for her positive outlook, can-do attitude, and ability to find the right person for a role.
Pam’s strong moral compass, incredible work ethic and commitment to do the right thing by her candidates is legendary. So is her love for wrestling!
Fun fact: Pam is a creative party planner and over weekends she styles gorgeous events for friends and family.
A little fearless, a lot of curiosity and massive love for people – that’s Rachael.
Born and bred Cantabrian, she’s a respected figure in Canterbury’s IT scene who thrives on connecting, mentoring and giving back to the tech community. While her years as a celebrated IT recruitment leader are impressive, we reckon it’s her drive to embrace change and make a real difference that sets her apart.
And did we mention she loves dogs too? #keeper. When Rachael’s off the clock, you’ll find her enjoying a good kiwi BBQ surrounded by her beautiful family, friends and her dogs.
You know those people who light up a room? That’s our Sian. She’s an absolute ray of sunshine whose commitment to her clients and candidates is legendary.
Sian is our seasoned tech recruiter with years (don’t tell her we said that!) of experience, who thrives on finding that perfect fit for a role or a candidate.
In her free time Sian loves spending time with her family and the thrill of connecting her foot to a ball at her local footy club.
Tom is our resident science and technology geek (his words not ours!) who gets a real kick out of new and emerging technologies. We get a kick out of his dry wit.

We think it’s telling that Vanessa’s sporting heroes are Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan, she has a lot in common with them. She never gives up, works incredibly hard to deliver for her candidates and is an excellent teammate who strives to do her best.
Originally from Manila in the Philippines, Vanessa also worked in Singapore before moving to NZ in 2019 with her family.
But this mum of three is not all work and no play! She always has a twinkle in her eyes and cracks us up with her one-liners, loves hanging with her friends and lovely family, cook, do some shopping and of course, Netflix and chill.
We heard that morbid K-dramas are her jam, so that brings balance… we guess?!
Fun, friendly and hilarious are not always traits associated with CFOs but we got super lucky with Charlotte!
Charlotte makes sure that our financial operations, budgets and systems are running like clockwork, while never forgetting the humans behind the numbers.
That’s why we think she deserves all the wine she can get on a Friday night. All the wine.
We like to refer to Jane as our Oracle – she’s the Yoda to our Luke. Wise, she is.
But seriously, Jane knows everything there is to know about recruitment, technology, our contractors, and where to find information you didn’t even know you’d need.
Passionate about making our lives easier, Jane is committed to finding solutions and processes that help us work smarter. We think it’s so she can get off early on Fridays for long hikes.
Sarah keeps on top of our finance team’s pressure points and makes sure our financial systems and processes are in top form.
She’s calm under pressure, doesn’t take herself too seriously and is a big fan of a cocktails, the Black Caps and dreams of escaping to Bali.
Yip, you can tell Sarah is an experienced mum to three grown boys, eh?
Sonja’s love for words, weird stuff and her dream of becoming a BBC war correspondent are all helpful traits as our marketing and communications expert.
She loves the fact that technology can change a life, a community, and make the world a better place.
Her dreams revolves around time travel, because how else is she going to see David Bowie perform Heroes live?
Holly’s adventurous spirit, quick thinking and natural curiosity make her a great fit for any marketing team, but it’s her quirky humour, out-of-the-box ideas and drive to make a difference that fits our Younity team perfectly.
We love that Holly’s not just about smashing marketing goals – she’s also passionate about healthy living (long walks are her jam) and says hanging with friends and family is her happy place.
Still finishing her Marketing degree, Holly’s mantra is ‘persistence is key’ and we can’t think of anyone better to keep us on our toes!
Richard is our big kahuna with an even bigger heart.
He really cares about the important things – building the NZ tech sector, championing sustainability in our business and finding meaningful ways to give back to the community.
If you ask Richard what’s the most important thing in life, he will probably tell you one of two things: either making a difference or supporting the best football club in the world – Arsenal.
Born and bred Southlander Geoff is that rare mix of sage advisor, strategic thinker, and fun human – we consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have him on (the) board.
Geoff brings years of experience as a senior tech executive – heading up the likes of Microsoft and Cisco in New Zealand, and his guidance and governance have been instrumental to Younity’s fast growth and success.
But he’s not all business, Geoff can wax lyrical about a good Scottish single malt, loves to cook up a storm for his whanau or explore in the great outdoors on his bike. A man of many talents!
Curiosity may have killed the cat, but it completely embraced Monique (an avid animal lover who would not stand for any cats getting harmed).
Her natural inquisitiveness, sharp intellect, and ability to see the bigger picture have led to an impressive career in governance, business and marketing strategy.
When you add her strong moral compass, quick wit, a passion for New Zealand contemporary art (and buttery chardonnay), it’s clear why she’s such a valued member of our board! Away from work, Monique loves to be on or near the water, relaxing with her family and friends.
Tony is one of the founders of Younity, whose desire and commitment to grow successful technology businesses reminds us of the Energizer Bunny.
He goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional outcomes and loves making a positive impact on the people around him.
His ability to think outside the box, coupled with a sharp intellect and over 25 years of successful recruitment and consulting experience make him a crucial member of the Younity whānau.
He’s an avid fan of Elvis, cars and electric guitars, and is happiest when spending time with his family on a beach, either locally at Takapuna or back in his native Croatia.
